2. Membership Requirements

• Delivery Option: Donations may reflect the delivery method chosen by the donor. Travel fees are included in the donation amount to support the logistics of product delivery. However, these donations are not considered purchases but rather contributions toward club operations.

• Random Giveaways: Occasionally, Diamond Hands Club will conduct random giveaways based on member suggestions. The selection process is fully randomized and transparent, ensuring that every donor has a fair opportunity to participate. 4. Legal Compliance and Disclaimer

• Hemp Products Compliance Notice

• Some of the products offered on the Diamond Hands Club website are compliant with the 2018 U.S. Hemp Farm Bill, which allows for the legal sale of hemp-derived products with THC concentrations at or below 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. The hemp products available in our store adhere to these legal THC limits, ensuring compliance with federal law.

• Additionally, THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid), which is naturally present in raw hemp, is not regulated under current federal law. When exposed to heat (via combustion or vaporization), THCA undergoes decarboxylation and converts to delta-9 THC, the psychoactive compound commonly associated with cannabis. This means that while the THCA content remains legal in its raw form, it produces "actual" THC upon heating, which is consistent with hemp laws under the current legal framework.

• All products sold on our site comply with the legal requirements of hemp-derived products, and we encourage customers to familiarize themselves with the federal and local laws regarding the use and possession of such items.
